Total’s Egina FPSO Project

In 2016, GBI awarded a $5 million Material Handling Equipment Supply Project for Total’s Egina FPSO, built by Samsung Heavy Industries of Korea. As a part of the contract, GBI supplied various Explosion Proof Material Handling Equipment including a Bundle Extractor and a Powered Flat Bed Trolley, among others.

By participating in the Egina project, we were able to grow the necessary skills needed to fully satisfy the various needs of our customers, especially for custom fabrication and project management.
This experience has enabled us to prove our ability to understand and meet customer’s expectations, regardless of the circumstance.
